Push Up Plus

Start:  Push up position.  Keep your back straight and let your chest sag toward the floor.  Shoulder blades are back and together.

Movement:  Push your chest away from the floor.  Keep elbows extended throughout the movement.  The movement is produced by your shoulder blades moving apart from one another.

Finish:  Chest is pushed away from the floor.  Shoulder blades are apart and around the side of your body.
