Side Lunge

Start:  Stand holding a med ball or dumbbells.

Movement:  Step out to a 3 or 9 0’clock position.  Reach towards foot with med ball/DB by sitting hips back and bending your knee.  Keep knee behind your toes by placing weight back on the heel of the involved foot.

Finish:  Back is straight and involved knee is bent to roughly 90 degrees.  Keep uninvolved leg straight and both feet facing forward.
