Step Ups

Start:  Place 1 foot on a flat bench or plyometric box.  The bench/box should be high enough so your hip and knee are in a 90/90 position.

Movement:  Step up onto the bench/box by pushing off your top foot.  The uninvolved leg should not touch the step.

Finish:  Step leg should be fully extended.  Opposite leg is in a 90/90 position.  Maintain balance for a brief pause before returning to start position.
