OPRC Academy Fitness Exercises

With the use of many different training modalities, our aim is to make the strength training program fun, unique, and challenging to athletes of all levels. The workouts will be carefully tailored to meet the athletes’ needs depending on the season and tournament schedule.

It is our mission at the OPRC Academy to provide the most up to date and comprehensive strength and conditioning program for our athletes. Each player will receive a strength training program designed to build muscle, increase strength and power, and improve tennis performance.
