A unique program exclusively offered at OPRC that combines tennis & fitness to deliver a fast-paced workout with a mixture of drills & games.
During the 6 week session, players will learn and practice groundstrokes, volleys/overheads as well as calisthenics & high-intensity-interval training style exercises.
The session consists of group classes led by one of our experienced fitness instructors & tennis pros
You will be able to attend 12 total classes throughout the session. The following days/times are offered:
Tuesdays/Thursdays -- 12-1 PM
Wednesdays -- 6-7 PM
Saturdays -- 8-9 AM
Beginner/Intermediate adult players interested in learning tennis while also getting a full-body dynamic workout in a fun & motivating group class setting.
No previous experience necessary. Racquets are available to demo.
